2006-2015年中国1km空间分辨率净生态系统生产力数据集V0版

基于文献检索和中国通量网观测的中国陆地生态系统净生态系统生产力（NEP）站点-年数据，以年均气温、年总降水量、年总光合有效辐射、年潜在蒸散量、年均饱和水气压差、年均CO2浓度、土壤湿度、土壤总有机碳含量、土壤有机氮含量、年均叶面积指数及年最大叶面积指数等11个指标为驱动变量，利用随机森林算法通过预测NEP/GPP结合GPP生成了2006-2015年的中国陆地生态系统净生态系统生产力（NEP）逐年数据产品，空间分辨率为1 km×1 km。进而分别取2006-2010、2011-2015两个5年的数据均值，获取两期（2006-2010、2011-2015）中国1km分辨率年净生态系统生产力数据集V0版本，数据格式为geotiff

This dataset provides site-year level Net Ecosystem Productivity (NEP) data for China's terrestrial ecosystems, sourced from literature retrieval and in-situ observations via ChinaFLUX. Eleven indicators are employed as driving variables, including mean annual air temperature, total annual precipitation, total annual photosynthetically active radiation, annual potential evapotranspiration, mean annual saturation water vapor pressure deficit, mean annual CO₂ concentration, soil moisture, total soil organic carbon content, total soil organic nitrogen content, mean annual leaf area index, and annual maximum leaf area index. Using the random forest algorithm through predicting NEP/GPP and combining with GPP, we generated annual NEP datasets for China's terrestrial ecosystems spanning 2006 to 2015, with a spatial resolution of 1 km × 1 km. Subsequently, by computing the 5-year average values for two periods (2006–2010 and 2011–2015), we developed the Version 0 (V0) annual 1 km-resolution net ecosystem productivity datasets of China for the two periods. The data is stored in GeoTIFF format.
