Keratinocytes are the targets of inflammation in psoriasis. Our aims were examine the transcriptional changes in keratinocytes under psoriasis-like inflammation. Therefore we treated the cell cultures with cytokine mix (containing Il17A, Il-22, TNFa, KGF/FGF7 and IFNg) mimicking mild and severe inflammation. Then performed RNA sequencing to obtain gene expression data.
