Observation data from International Surface Observation Messages (SYNOPs) circulating on the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Global Telecommunication System (GTS). Atmospheric parameters measured (temperature, humidity, wind direction and force, atmospheric pressure, precipitation height) or observed (sensitive time, cloud description, visibility) from the Earth's surface.
