Determinants of Health Service Utilization Among Users of Dokolo Health Centre IV, Dokolo District: A Community Perspective

The following tools were used; Semi-structured questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) guides. Semi-structured researcher-administered questionnaire was used by the researcher to record individual responses from participants. Three FGDs were held; two in the community and one for patients from the health facility.
