In 2023, a total of 66,134 electric vehicles were sold in Turkey, according to the official sales figures. BMW was the best-selling brand in 2022, reaching 2,193 vehicle sales. In 2023, the Turkish automotive manufacturer TOGG became the best-selling EV, with nearly 19.6 thousand units sold. In the same year, Tesla ranked second, registering 12.15 thousand vehicle sales.
