Gnetum parvifolium Transcriptome or Gene expression

Gnetum is a small unique group of Gnetophyta with a controversial phylogenetic position. G. parvifolium is considered to be an important Chinese traditional medicinal plant species. It turned out to contain many important secondary metabolites.In this research,An extensive transcriptome dataset was obtained from the deep sequencing of G. parvifolium, and a large set of cDNA unigenes were identified. This study would benefit further research, such as evolution, ecology, cloning of functional genes, breeding of plants rich in bioactive components.
