16s rRNA sequencing of intestinal microbiome in mice with cholangiocarcinoma and PSC. We used a high throughput, culture-independent approach by sequencing of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene on the Illumina MiSeq platform, using PCR primers specific to the V4 variable region, to test changes in bacterial composition and abundance of murine microbiomes in the mice with PSC like conditions Contact: Tim Greten.
