在运载火箭海上航天发射领域冲击振动数据对于评估发射平台结构完整性和性能稳定性起决定性的作用,但是,目前对于运载火箭海上发射过程中实施冲击振动测试实验来说,国外对于该技术封锁,国内技术相对落后,仿真和实测的测试数据非常稀少,本数据集汇总海上发射全流程的振动测试数据,基于自主开发的测试系统,使用多类型的加速度振动传感器采集的实船发射现场数据,通过实时监测和自动保存形成数据库,通过自研系统可以将数据保存为文本文件、Matlab文件、Excel等文件通过采样工具进行数据输出。通过自适应分割算法对数据集筛选分段为登船、航运、抛锚、锚泊、发射等关键节点。数据集可用于评估发射(船)平台的结构完整性和性能稳定性,并且能够为进一步优化提升发射支持保障设备的安全性、可靠性等提供了基础数据和验证依据。
In the field of maritime space launch of carrier rockets, shock and vibration data play a decisive role in evaluating the structural integrity and performance stability of the launch platform. However, foreign countries impose technical blockades on the shock and vibration testing technology for the maritime launch process of carrier rockets, while domestic related technologies are relatively underdeveloped, and the volume of both simulated and measured test data is extremely scarce. This dataset compiles vibration test data covering the entire maritime launch process, which is collected on-site from actual ship launches using multiple types of acceleration vibration sensors based on an independently developed test system, and formed into a database through real-time monitoring and automatic saving. The self-developed system allows the data to be saved in formats including text files, Matlab files, and Excel files, and supports data output via sampling tools. The dataset is screened and segmented into key phases such as boarding, shipping, berthing, anchoring, and launch via an adaptive segmentation algorithm. This dataset can be used to assess the structural integrity and performance stability of the launch (ship) platform, and provides fundamental data and validation basis for further optimizing and enhancing the safety, reliability, and other performance aspects of launch support equipment.
