Residential Permit Activity Points shapefile.
This dataset in the shapefile format contains geo-located points of permits in the City of Dallas for new construction, renovation, alteration, addition, or reconstruction. These data span July 2015 through June 2017 and were used as a primary dataset to generate the Percent New Construction, and Percent Rehabilitation factors in the MVA.
