N-myc and stat interactor (Nmi) is an important protein in regulation of tumor progression and metastasis. A mammary specific knockout mouse model was generated in an MMTV-Neu tumor model. RNA-seq was done on tumors from both wild type and knockout tumors to analyze the impact of Nmi knockout on tumor progression and metastasis in a mammary tumor model.
