This dataset presents a 3D photogrammetric model of a submerged <i>Taxodium</i> (bald cypress) stump (1–2 m height) from Sozopol Bay, Black Sea (Bulgaria). The model was generated from 938 underwater photographs taken with a GoPro Hero 10 Black and processed in <i>Agisoft Metashape Standard v.2.2.1</i>. It captures the morphology of the stump, encrusted with marine organisms, together with a surrounding seabed area.<b>License:</b> CC-BY 4.0
