Expression data from D. melanogaster raised on glucose-enriched or unmodified holidic food

We used RNA-seq to determine transcriptional profiles of whole flies raised on either a glucose-enriched or unmodified holidic diet. Newly eclosed w1118 males were raised for 20 days at 25˚C on either a glucose-enriched (50g/L) or unmodified holidic diet. Thre transcriptome of whole flies was sequenced.
