Loss of early induction of CD11c positive microglia in lipopolysaccharide-induced maternal immune activation model.. Mus musculus

The concept of maternal immune activation (MIA) has been expanded to chorioamnionitis-associated intrauterine inflammation. We have previously reported that autism-like behavioral deficits were detected in the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced MIA mouse model. The pregnant mice were injected with PBS (control) or LPS. The microglia were isolated from neonatal mice brains at postnatal day 3 and RNA Seq analyzed transcriptomic profiles.
