Morphological transitions are crucial for virulence in pathogenic fungi and are often regulated by non-genetic mechanisms, such as epigenetic and transcriptional changes. We isolated lots of hyphae strains of Candida auris. WGS and RNAseq were performed for hyphae strains of Candida auris.
