<b>Analysis of </b><b>chloroplast genomes </b><b>within</b><b> </b><b>Mesosphaerum suaveolens</b><b> (L.) Kuntze</b><b> </b><b>1</b><b>759 </b><b>(Lamiaceae)</b><b> and phylogenetic relationship</b><b>.</b>

The species of Mesosphaerum suaveolens (L.) Kuntze 1759 is distributed in southeastern coastal regionin China. The length of complete chloroplast genome is 155255 bp with the typical circular quadripartite structure of four regions with diverse lengths after being sequenced and explored. A total of 132 genes were identified including 13 cis-splicing genes, 2 trans-splicing (rps12) and 8 tRNAs gene with introns. A total of 47 SSRs were detected, which included 41 mono-nucleotide repeats(19 A, 1 C, and 21 T), 4 dinucleotide repeat (2 TAand 2 AT), and 2 complex repeat(21 bp and 81 bp).
