Annual, field-scale crop water consumption estimates

This dataset is made up of all agricultural lands in California's Central Valley, broken up into 70m pixels. It includes information on their characteristics (location, soil quality, topography), as well as their potential evapotranspiration (ET) and total ET (variable name ET_obs) for the years 2016, 2018, and 2019. Total ET is divided into naturally-occurring ET (variable name ET_pred) (the ET that would be present regardless of the presence of agriculture, if the field were fallow) and agricultural ET (variable name ag_ET) (the remainder).
