A rigorous lemma on the kernel of the BKM informational metric in even-dimensional de Sitter space, showing it is one-dimensional and generated by the Euler variation. Topology is informationally invisible to local perturbations. A conjecture connects the Murray–von Neumann dimension of the modular kernel to the Euler characteristic. Complete boundary term analysis via Iyer–Wald formalism and Chern transgression is included in Appendix A.
