The data set is refreshed on a weekly basis on Fridays at 2:45 AM. The website will reflect the last time the data set was updated and the total count of rows. The grid on the “Data” tab will display the up to date data. However, in certain situations there is a delay in the refresh of the downloadable data file. Sometimes the downloadable file does not reflect the updates to the data in the portal. After a delay (duration has been variable; up to 30 minutes), the file will be updated on the server and then downloads will include the updated data.本数据集每周于周五凌晨2:45执行更新刷新操作。该网站将展示数据集的上次更新时间以及数据总行数。"数据（Data）"标签页中的数据网格将呈现最新数据。但部分场景下，可下载数据文件的刷新会出现延迟，有时该文件无法同步数据门户内的更新内容。该延迟时长不固定，最长可达30分钟；待服务器完成文件更新后，后续下载即可获取更新后的数据。
