Overview: chimera_not_in_DB.xlsx: Excel file with non-classA and interclass designs (not on database) as well as designs not on database but to be considered. 2504_naturals.zip: Entry file of all natural GPCRs available in the database. 2504_chimeras.zip: Entry file of all chimeric GPCRs available in the database. 3Dstructures.zip: 3D structures and models, dssp files and mapping files related to the natural and chimeric entries.
