Medicinal properties of spotted lanternfly honeydew honey and manuka honey

These data are lab measurements of 21 spotted lanternfly honeydew honey samples collected from honey bee colonies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, USA. There are also measurements of two purchased manuka honey samples. Measurments include: electrical conductivity, pH, color, moisture content, antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (zone of inhibition), hydrogen peroxide activity, radical scavenging activity, total phenolic content, and total flavonoid content. Included here are the original data set as a .csv and a README file as .txt that explains the columns and values in the dataset.
