资源简介:
This dataset provides comprehensive data on the nonlinear dynamic failure analysis of rupture disc assemblies (RDAs) in the Vacuum Vessel Pressure Suppression System (VVPSS) of the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR). The data were collected through a hybrid methodology integrating theoretical modeling, finite element simulations, and experimental testing to characterize the behavior of rupture discs (RDs) under variable pressure rise rates, ranging from quasi-static ($\leq 10 kPa/s) to transient ( 100 MPa/s) conditions. The dataset includes measurements from physical experiments conducted on reverse-arch slotted RDs, capturing rupture pressures, opening times, and buckling modes under controlled pressurization scenarios simulating in-vessel loss of coolant accidents (In-VV LOCA) and loss of vacuum accidents (LOVA). Experimental setups utilized high-pressure test rigs to apply pressure rates up to 20 MPa/s, with sensors recording pressure transients, deformation patterns, and failure thresholds. Finite element simulation data, generated using implicit and explicit dynamic solvers in software like ABAQUS, include stress distributions, strain rates, and geometric instability metrics (e.g., anti-arch behavior) for both RD configurations across multiple loading conditions. Additional data encompass structural parameters (e.g., disc thickness, diameter, arch height), material properties (e.g., yield strength, ultimate tensile strength), and upstream pipeline pressure drop measurements. The dataset is stored in a structured format, including CSV files for experimental measurements, simulation output files, and metadata detailing test conditions and model parameters. The data are openly accessible for reuse in nuclear safety research, particularly for validating dynamic failure models, optimizing pressure relief systems, or comparing RD performance in fusion and fission reactor environments. Potential applications include enhancing safety design for fusion reactors, developing rate-dependent failure prediction models, and benchmarking simulation tools for high-pressure transient analysis.DATA DESCRIPTION This dataset characterizes the nonlinear dynamic failure behavior of rupture disc assemblies (RDAs) in the CFETR Vacuum Vessel Pressure Suppression System (VVPSS) under variable pressure rise rates.
