Annual incoming remittance flow to LMI countries worldwide 2016-2023, with forecasts

The flows of remittances to low- and middle-income regions increased steadily from 2014 to 2022. In 2022, these countries received remittances valued at an estimated 647 billion U.S. dollars, with that amount forecasted to reach 656 billion U.S. dollars by 2023.
