This register records the names of conflicting applicants for land and the results of a ballot drawn to determine priority. There are columns recording number of marble, name of applicant, nature of application, area applied for, result of ballot, number of application, whether withdrawn before or after ballot, amount of deposit and survey fee lodged, signature of applicant receiving refund of deposit and survey fee on withdrawal of application and remarks.
