C code and data to replicate all results in Bakker and Poole, \"Bayesian Metric MDS\". These materials will also be available at http://voteview.com/Bakker_Poole_Bayesian_MDS.htm where we will update the programs and post an R package to apply our technique more generally. The C code and data files are named in obvious ways. Additionally, we include 2 header files necessary to run the C code (lbfgs.h and arithmetic_ansi.h)
