Each row corresponds to a gene ranked by discriminant strength (rank 1 = most discriminant), based on its ability to differentiate patients across the three molecular response groups (repression-biased, stemness-biased, signal/proliferation-biased) at diagnosis. The table reports the gene identifier (id), average expression score in healthy controls (control_score), and centroid scores computed from PAMR for each CML group: repressif_score, signalprolif_score, and stemness_score.
