This repoistory includes the TWAS xQTL weights for brain and immune cell tissues across ROSMAP and publicly available data. Weights from for ROSMAP include eQTL, pQTL and sn-eQTLs. Weights for validation include GTEx v7 eQTL, BANNER pQTL, and sn-eQTL from Bryois et al 2022 10.1038/s41593-022-01128-z Weights for sc-eQTL include DICE and oneK1K data
