We genotyed four loci of Interleukin 1 receptor-associated kinase 1 gene rs1059702rs7061789 rs1059703 and rs3027898 using multiplex SNaPshot technique in a total of 96 NMOSD patients and 216 healthy subjects.We maked the conclusion Interleukin 1 receptor-associated kinase 1 polymorphisms were highly correlated with NMOSD susceptibility.IRAK1 functional SNPs might contribute to NMOSD activity by regulating IRAK1 mRNA expression.
