French tap water pesticide contamination using the SISE-Eaux database

These files are supporting files of the research article "Pesticide exposure profiles through tap water consumption in the NutriNet-Santé cohort in 2022: a cross-sectional analysis using the French SISE-Eaux monitoring database"
They can be used to understand and reproduce the data management steps performed using the SISE-Eaux (Système d’Information en Santé-Environnement sur les Eaux) database, which was established in 1994 and is managed by the French Ministry of Health.
The data and their documentation are accessible on open acces on a yearly basis from 2016 on via this link https://www.data.gouv.fr/datasets/resultats-du-controle-sanitaire-de-leau-distribuee-commune-par-commune/
The provided files are R Markdown scripts that describe each step in detail and include links to the corresponding datasets.
Running these scripts produces cleaned tables that were used for the subsequent analyses presented in the above-mentioned research article.
