This dataset was used to fit the models presented in the article "A plant-pollinator invasional meltdown: the Japanese pagoda tree (Styphnolobium japonicum) facilitates the invasion of the giant resin bee (Megachile sculpturalis)". The variable "M. sculpturalis" refers to the presence (1) or pseudo-absence (0) of this bee, while "tree_2.5km" indicates the presence/absence of S. japonicum within a 2.5km radius around each M. sculpturalis occurrence. Finally, "dist_tree" represents the Euclidean distance from each M. sculpturalis occurrence to the nearest S. japonicum occurrence in kilometers.
