In order to determine the transcriptional changes upon IFN? treatment on Human Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (HDLEC), we treated HDLEC in vitro with recombinant human IFN? or PBS control for 72 hours. Overall design: HDLECs were seeded in 6-well plates at 60K per well. The following day they were treated with PBS control or IFN? (0.5ug/ml) in fresh media. Treatment was replenished every day.
