This dataset focuses on the response characteristics of 4H SiC detectors in a 14.80 MeV D-T fusion fast neutron field, and systematically compiles experimental measurement data and Geant4 numerical simulation data. The data mainly includes: energy scale data of 4H SiC detector under alpha particle source conditions, pulse height spectrum data obtained from D-T single energy neutron irradiation experiment, energy deposition simulation results corresponding to different nuclear reaction channels, and comparative analysis results of experimental spectrum and broadened simulated spectrum. This dataset can be used for analyzing the fast neutron response mechanism, identifying characteristic peaks, decomposing nuclear reaction contributions, and studying neutron flux inversion of 4H SiC detectors. It provides data support for evaluating the application of 4H SiC detectors in fusion neutron diagnosis and can also serve as a reference for related semiconductor detector response research.
