This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where 4 cell lines (Caco-2, HT29-MTX-E12, THP-1, and MUTZ-3) were cocultured on three-lane OrganoPlates in order to generate an intestine-on-a-chip model for pathophysiology assessment and drug discovery.
The diffusion kinetics of three cytokines and FITC Dextran were measured in the Organoplate.
This dataset includes single measurements.
