Expression profiling of Luminal B Breast tumor in Indian women

This study reports gene expression pattern of luminal B tumors of Indianwomen by comparative analysis of expression profiles of luminal B tumor samples andpaired adjacent normal samples and also identify genes of potential prognostic value forluminal B tumors. These genes with prognostic value are associated with cell cycle-relatedand lipid metabolism-related pathways. This study also reports differential splicing events inluminal B breast cancer.
