Gentiana rigescens Raw sequence reads

The Gentiana rigescens samples in the blooming period were obtained from Jiufang, in Yunxian County, Yunnan Province, southwestern China, at an altitude of 2,440 m. Observations and sampling were conducted during the full bloom in the period of Gentiana rigescens from November 6 to December 5 in 2021.The internal temperatures of 15 flowers and external ambient temperatures around the corresponding flowers were detected using a temperature probe at 6:00 am, 9:30 am, 12:00 am, 16:00 pm, and 0:00 pm, and repeated 3 times.
