Scanning law for the Gaia space telescope for the period covered by the second data release, as determined in the third Completeness of the Gaia-verse paper. The format is identical to the nominal scanning law file published by the Gaia Data Processing and Analysis Consortium, and so we refer the reader to https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/gaia/scanning-law-pointings for more details. This scanning law supersedes the scanning law from the first paper.
