Improved immune receptor repertoire sequencing (ImAIRR-seq) was developed to characterize the differential immune repertoire in peripheral blood samples of healthy control, Latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) and patients with respiratory diseases including Active tuberculosis (ATB), Community acquired pneumonia (CAP), Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAC), Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as well as ATB patients at different therapeutic stages.
