spine_properties_table.mat

This .mat file contains two tables: D1-D5 table is a table of all the spines tracked from D1 to D5 and D5-D10 table is a table of all the spines tracked from D5 to D10. For both tables contain the properties for each spine imaged across the two timepoints in columns D1 (or D5) and D5 (or D10), as well as a column specifying whether the spines was retained, lost, or added.
