We conducted a two-wave online survey with a two-week interval with a sample of South Korean employees with three or more years of full-time work experience from various fields. Among the 617 employees who completed the first survey (Time 1), 374 participated in the scenario experiment conducted two weeks later (Time 2).
"condition", "UPB", "comp" refer to the condition to which an individual participant belongs.
"hire" means participant's hiring intentions.
"sdo" means participant's social dominance orientation
