Issued and implemented the urban planning documents and drawings for the project titled "Amendment to the Detailed Urban Planning Plan of Taichung City (Existing Urban Areas and Phases 1–5 Land Readjustment Areas) (Coordinating the adjustment of land floor area transfer for six land parcels including No. 176-2, Gongguan Section, West District, and changing partial Residential Zone 2 and Residential Zone 3 to Residential Zone 5)". This plan shall be effective as of 00:00 on October 24, 2018, corresponding to October 24 in the 107th year of the Republic of China.
