Analysis scripts and data for: Thermal adaptation and phenotypic plasticity in established populations of the ash dieback pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus across the Italian Peninsula

This repository contains the R scripts, input data, and supporting files necessary to reproduce all statistical analyses and figures presented in the manuscript: "Thermal adaptation and phenotypic plasticity in established populations of the ash dieback pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus across the Italian Peninsula" Contents: - stazione_et_al_analysis.R : Complete R script for all analyses and figure generation. - growth_data_cleaned.csv : Mycelial growth measurements (39 isolates, 6 temperatures, 3 replicates). - considered_samples.csv : Geographic coordinates and metadata for sampling sites (used for Figure 1). - README.txt : Detailed instructions for execution and reproducibility. All analyses were performed using R version 4.5.0. Please cite the associated manuscript if you use these data or scripts in your own work.
