This file contains the digital vector boundaries for the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics level 3 (NUTS3) areas in England and Wales as at 1 January 2015. The boundaries are full resolution - clipped to the coastline (Mean High Water mark). Contains both Ordnance Survey and ONS Intellectual Property Rights.
