Additional file 1: of Comparing mutation calls in fixed tumour samples between the affymetrix OncoScanÂŽ array and PCR based next-generation sequencing

This details all OncoScan and NGS calls for all samples. For each call, recorded are sample name, MAPD, ndSNPQC, which primer pair was used for the NGS comparison, the SM name,OncoScan call for that SM (true or false), the SM score, the NGS call, total NGS reads, NGS variant allele frequency, comparison type (concordant positive/negative, discrepant positive/negative, exclude) and any comments about reasons for exclusion).
