Comparative gut microbiome analysis of Pangasius hypophthalmus from integrated and non-integrated fish farms in Bangladesh using 16S rRNA sequencing

This project investigates the gut microbiome composition of Pangasius hypophthalmus collected from integrated and non-integrated aquaculture farms in the Noakhali region of Bangladesh. The bacterial communities were analyzed using 16S rRNA gene sequencing to compare microbial diversity between farming systems and identify beneficial and antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
