This dataset contains bulk transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) data generated from femur/tibia bone tissues collected in a murine ovariectomy (OVX) osteoporosis model to evaluate the therapeutic effects of dynamic covalent nanoparticles (DCNPs).
