Effects of starvation on physiology and liver transcriptome of yellowcheek carp (Elopichthys bambusa)

In this study, we used transcriptome sequencing technology to analyze the effects of starvation for eight and 28 days on the liver transcriptome of yellowcheek carp Overall design: In this experiment, two control group and two treatment group were set up. There were three replicates in each group. The treatment group was starved for 8 days and 28 days, respectively (F8 and F28). The two control groups were continuously fed with the above commercial diet (F8C and F28C), twice a day (8:00 and 18:00).
