A collection of lung adenocarcinoma low coverage genome samples for comparison with other subtypes

These files are low coverage genomic data from a series of FFPE lung adenocarcinoma samples. Copy number profiles from these files are compared to a separate cohort of lung squamous carcinoma samples. By finding copy number differences between the profiles of these cohorts, better understanding of these subtypes may be gained.
