CTS cross-age portability study: analysis freeze package and reproducible code (v1)

Reproducibility package for the study on cross-age portability of the consensus transcriptomic subtype (CTS) classifier in sepsis. Contains: (01_code) full R/Python analysis code (F1-F6 scripts); (02_outputs) all analysis output CSVs and 4 final figures; (03_env) R package version manifest and pre-registered plan v2.3m. Includes cohort-level random-effects meta-analysis (11 cohorts), Gate-2 criteria outputs, ComBat compression audit, and post-freeze cluster-bootstrap confidence intervals (B=1000). SHA256 manifest for every file is included (MANIFEST_SHA256.txt). Analysis criteria were pre-registered (v2.3i onward) and frozen after the final backfill.
