在评估时，通过地图数据来判断该企业周边同类型的企业数量、该地区的交通状况等，并通过XGBOOST模型，来进行经营位置指数的构建，并通过多段的指数映射模型，将结果映射为0到100的分布，方便用户衡量。该指数越大，表明企业经营的位置越好，越有利于企业经营。

During the evaluation, map data is utilized to ascertain metrics such as the quantity of same-type enterprises surrounding the target enterprise and the traffic conditions of the local area. Subsequently, an XGBoost model is employed to develop the business location index. Then, a piecewise index mapping model is used to map the calculated results to a score distribution spanning from 0 to 100, enabling users to conveniently evaluate the location quality. A higher value of this index implies a more favorable business location, which is more beneficial to the enterprise's operations.
