VRBG agar was used for the growth of Enterobacteriaceae, MRS agar for the growth of LAB, AAM agar for the growth of AAB, DYPAI and UBAGI agars were used as global yeast growth media and DYPAIX agar was used to favor the growth of Dekkera species.
