Flow Cytometey Date

This study included 120 multiple myeloma patients at different disease stages (77 newly diagnosed, 22 in remission, 21 relapsed) and 30 healthy controls. Multicolor flow cytometry analysis of peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) samples assessed MAIT cell frequency, subset distribution, activation markers, and functional activity. Key clinical parameters, prognostic markers, and survival outcomes were all associated with MAIT cell levels.
